Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking motivated Licensed Psychologists and L.C.M.F.T.s who bring advanced training, certifications, and a passion for delivering high-quality therapy. Ideal candidates will have experience in at least two of the following areas:

  • Individual therapy

  • Couples therapy

  • Family therapy

  • Child and adolescent therapy

  • Parent coaching

Qualifications:

  • Licensed in Maryland or another PSYPACT state with authorization to practice telepsychology under PSYPACT guidelines.

  • Availability for after-school sessions is a plus.

  • Private practice experience is preferred, but not required.

What You’ll Do:

As a clinician with Potomac Therapy Group, you will:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or children.

  • Develop treatment plans and monitor clients’ progress.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals as needed.

  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.

  • Stay informed about advancements in the field to continuously enhance your practice.
