Nicole Filipe, LCMFT
Nicole Filipe, LCMFT specializes in helping teens and adults who may have been called “too sensitive,” get overwhelmed easily, and are deep thinkers and feelers. This includes people who often try to do everything perfectly. They try to “do it all.” The world feels like “too much” or not made for them. They don’t feel good enough. This can often lead to anxiety/depression, burnout or a general sense that something’s not working in their life. There’s got to be a better way.

Ryan Malphrus, LCSW-C
Ryan Malphrus, LCSW-C has worked for over 10 years helping others understand and accept themselves, in order to live a truly meaningful life. Ryan specializes in working with men that have struggled to find help tailored to them. Most treatment has not been adequately developed to deal with men’s issues, as evidenced by the large but silent mental health crisis occurring within many men and boys. Men’s expression is too often misunderstood and even pathologized; Ryan seeks to provide a space for men to explore who they are without fear of judgement.
